The true story of this service

This brand exists because of a pattern we kept seeing from the advisory side: providers paying senior consulting rates for validation work that is, honestly, productisable. Validation of a unit has a knowable shape — tools, sample, judgements, report. It does not need a bespoke proposal and a discovery call; it needs a credentialled independent validator, a published price and a turnaround you can plan around.

The 2025 Standards made the case sharper. The quota is gone, risk-justified schedules are in, and TAE validation now requires someone outside your RTO — a statutory demand for exactly the kind of fixed-scope, independent service that suits publishing a price list. So we productised it: per-unit validation, the five-year schedule, panel seats and pre-use tool review. Everything else — the genuinely bespoke problems — we hand to CAQA and say so on the pricing page.
